Summer Shootout 2010 June 4,5,6

Thank You NARCCA!!

Wow where do I start? I want to say THANK YOU!! Chad and I had a GREAT Time at this Comp.
The courses were spot on (IMO). I had a great time with my son all weekend.
Brian thank you for setting up the Night Scale Crawl it was a blast!
It was Chads birthday May 30th. I was so happy to win the Grand prize
and give it to him. Chad will represent your chassis a lot better than I could Jeremy.
Jeremy thank you again! Thank you Hobby Action for the $50.00 Gift Certificate!
Thank You NARCCA for doing the work to put on a Comp of this size for all of us.
Will I beback next year? That would be a BIG YES! "thumbsup"

Thanks

Great weekend

This was sure an awesome weekend for me. I got a lot of questions answered thanks to the Losi team and met some great people, as well as witnessing some phenomenal courses and an on the edge of your seat shootout. My son was the lucky winner of the professionally painted Proline Summer Shootout body and I did'nt do to bad myself taking home the 1.9 Losi wheels. Thanks to all who donated so generously to the raffle giveaway. Its great to see that kind of support from so many different vendors and sponsors. NARCCA did a great job and I challenge any club to find a better comp-site than Prescott's Watson Lake area.

Thank you guys for such a good time. I will definitely be back next year hopefully with better equipment so I can step it up to pro!"thumbsup"

Incredible Summer Shootout once again guys. Thank you all for putting so much time and effort into this event every year.

I had a great time once again even if I didn't bring home the 1.9 trophy this year, maybe next year I'll have some time on my rig before the comp!:ror:
I've already got ideas for next years scale run. Maybe we'll be able to fit it in while there's still enough light to see the courses next year.

Also wanted to thank all the great vendors for their generous donations to this years event.

It was really great getting to see some new faces at this years event. Thanks to all of you who made the trip from New Mexico, California and Washington. You are all a great group of people and I hope I get the chance to crawl with you again soon!

Brian

I'm new to this sport and this was my first event. I did not compete, but was just a novice spectator with lots to learn. I would like to thank everyone for answering my questions and making me feel welcome. The event was really cool and I had a blast. The courses were great and I picked up on alot of things while watching. The "Slash Bash" was really fun to watch, crazy stuff.

I would like to extend an extra thanks to Crawler-dad for his invite and introducing me to some of the PARC guys. I'm looking foward to meeting with them again.

This was a great event. I wish I could have stayed for the entire thing. I do plan on coming back next year.

Thanks to everyone for a great time.

Where is the pics thread? I did a search with "Summer shootout" and the newest thread was the berg giveaway.

Briansbodies

My dad is a custom painter so we know what it takes to do this type of work. I was so excited to win the body it must of taken you a long time to paint. It is a very nice job. My dad is teaching me about masking and lets me help when he paints at our shop. Thanks for giving it away. I think I will only display it at our racetrack in the back of the shop. We have a lot of slot cars and we collect Nascar stuff. So I ask my dad if we could just put it on the shelf and keep it nice.

What can I say, that was an awesome weekend! Thanks NARCCA for all the hard work. Also a big thanks to all the sponsors, what a great raffle. I came home with a hyperion lipo, a set of panther leopards and a briansbodies gift certificate (thanks Jim!)

Congrats to the top drivers, you definitely earned it. And congrats to Rick and Chad for winning the grand prize.

I can't wait till next year. "thumbsup"

And hopefully no one else came home to a surprise like I did. :x

Wow, What happened? Did your heat exchanger do that? That happened to me in my master bath a few years back.
