Hi,

I need to split a servo lead from the receiver to several plug just to power lights.

I just need to pair the same color wires or it is more than that?

(I know, there's those splitters already made but I'm doing this for a buddy and he has zero patience to order and wait)

I need more than 2.I've saw these but my buddy doesn't want to wait. I have the spare plugs and wire

There is nothing more than what you suggest to it. It's just that with the small gage wire it gets tricky to slice stuff together and be durable.

For lights only, you should only need the red and black wires.

That picture you sent reminds me of a receiver. Do you have an extra receiver or one that stopped totally working but might still distribute the current to all the pins? Run a servo wire from the main receiver to the second receiver, then plug all your lights into that second receiver.
