Sonoma County Crawlers

JAKE, LOVE TO COME TO THAT COMP!, BUT I'LL RETURNING FROM CANADA THAT WEEKEND. DOING THE MTN BIKE THING. LMK IF THERE IS A CHANGE IN DATES.

Just a heads up to mark your calendars guys, looks like the next JPH Comp will be Sept. 20th. More info soon!!

WOW, kinda dead around here!

Some guys were asking, how about doing a GTG under the 101 on Monday the 1st, say around 10:00 am? Monday's a holiday, and we need to get guys together and crawlin'!

Not 100% sure I can make it yet, but this should get the ball rolling ... If anyone needs directions, please post up, PM me, E-mail me, or call the shop "thumbsup"

The last time I was at the 101 it was closed off but didnt stop me. The workers didnt say anything, it was just really LOUD!!

Should be a few guys on in the morning ... We got some calls at the shop Friday and Saturday, and I got a few e-mails as well ... I guess we'll see tomorrow who's in!

Thanks to everyone who came out today, and thanks for posting some pics Chris! About 8 or so guys, everyone did really well.

My time was short, but I did get to practice a little and I know I need to make some changes to my rig. I've got some ideas, but I need to make it climb vertical better. No worries though, I'll have ot ready for next weekend.

Anyone else from our area heading out to the Paradise Comp?

Jake: It was nice to see YOU doin some crawlin this time. Fun was had. My rear 4 link plate broke (TCS) but that didnt stop me, I still make some good lines. I really enjoyed crawlin with some guys with a low skid like mine. Must do it agian some time.

Jake, Are the rumors true? Did you really? Post up and tell us all about it. If so, Congrats. If not, Why not?

Yes, the rumor is true ... I was lucky enough to win the Comp in Paradise this afternoon!

The guys were great, the courses were off-the-hook hard ... Like, not one person finished one course before the shoot-outs. 20 guys, three courses, not one person completed! Then they did a shootout for everyone, one more course for Novice and one for Pro class. Guys finished the Novice class course, but the Pro course was the same story as before!

Anyway, long drive, but had a blast. Met nice people. Got to help with things, got to talk about crawlers, got to wheel my rig .... It was fun, win or loose! "thumbsup"

SOUNDS LIKE AN INSIDE JOB!!!!....NICE JOB JAKE"thumbsup"
