SLN's Sport Kit

i personaly see the front cut off from the top of the fenders all the way around and ditch the grill and lights
then fab up some kinda radiator and maybe some bolt on light buckets
make it look like a scale trail rig
im not sure what to do about the back end

I couldn’t deal with it lol, threw on an old favorite and liking the way it sits. After all it was made for this chassis[emoji23]

Going to take a trip Saturday to one of my favorite crawl spots with some buddies and bring this truck along

The pinched ford is definitely plain jane. Needs a drop bed or cage work to spice it up a bit.

The battered Bronco is a good choice. It just gets better with age

Thanks guys

Had some fun with a couple buddies this weekend, went to one of my favorite spots and set up a C1 & C2 course. There were a ton of gspeeds out and a couple trx4 based builds, but I was definitely the most stock lol. Only got a couple pictures of other peoples rigs, didn’t bother too much with mine.

I did have a problem though, the truck was acting like the battery was low/dead, but when I plugged it into a different truck no problems. also it would completely cut out few times, but after a turn off/on it was back. Has anybody else had this problem before?

This rig was pretty sick:

Well it was fun while it lasted, one of my buddies offered a cash price I couldn’t resist so that’s another build checked off the list. I’ll probably buy another one sometime, they’re such great trucks and can take some hard abuse.

Now I have a bench full of half built projects with nothing driving[emoji23]

And yes, I kept the Ford body. That ain’t goin nowhere lol.

Yeah, I run deans on everything. I may look into switching but I’d have to either run adapters or switch all my batts over.

The Ford body is outstanding!

Thanks, it sits on the shelf nowadays but it used to be a runner lol
