Just a couple more pictures to show the look of it as it is right now..

And since there's just too much snow here at the time, the only driving that's possible is full throttle and letting the wheels spin until it stops.. :D

The snow that I'm driving in here came during two hours this morning..

Totally I think it's about 1,5m with snow here. Off course some of it has been compressed, so it might be only about a meter due to the compression from new snow lying on top of the old snow..
Yeah, there IS a trx-4 in there, I promise..!

Nothing much happening here.
But I got yet another rear bumper this week. It got a few configuration options, I can make it all clean without tow hook mounts and all or I can do as I've done on this setup, let it all show(ok, I did forget to mount the trailer hitch, but you all know what that looks like).
Well, at least I got out in the snow today to drive around a little. The weather came as ordered today tho'.. :)

I got some parts the last weeks, so I will soon mount them and put the car on a scale or two to check how these parts will change the centre of gravity..
But for now you got to deal with some pictures from last weekend while having a little run :)

But trying to crawl with the trailer was like dragging an anchor, so I disconnected and crawled a bit without the trailer.. :)

I got a few days off from work, so I got into a project I've been thinking of some time now.
And here's the result. A Toyota Hilux from Proline fitted to my TRX-4 with stock wheelbase.

I've been thinking of mounting the gopro on "a stick" on the trailer to make follow-shots.
And guess what, here it is!

I also made a little video of how it performs, and I'm pretty pleased with how it worked actually.
I may make an addition to the mount where I can move the camera out to one of the sides to get a shot slightly from the side while driving, I then need some counterweight and stuff, so I'll need to figure that out.
But what do you think?

Been itchin to buy the Feiyu-Tech G5 Gimbal for RC vids and i think you sold me. Considering how light the trailer is i think the vid turned out incredibly well. The gimbal kept up with the articulation, accent and descents very well. Would hate to have it flip and smash the gimbal but good video costs sometimes. "thumbsup""thumbsup"

I think the side shots will look great. I like seeing wheel travel and suspension at work.... :-)

On a side note....although both are nice I prefer ya Landy!

Thats true, it will be a bit prizy at times.
But I'd rather spend money on a hobby I also spend a lot of time on, than like previous RC's I've had that mainly collected dust most of the time. :D

BTW: I had the G4S before the G5, and I must say I miss the G4S' ability to rotate 360 on ALL axes, the G5 doesnt do 360 on every axis no more. I guess I know why, coz' it had some issues, but I could live with them to keep the 360-function.
But the fact that G5 does take some water and dust better than the G4S is a goodie I like :)

I agree. But for now I'm happy, I see that the setup works, now I just have to fabricate a side-mount. Coz' as you say the wheel travel and suspension working is the cool shots IMO.

And yeah, I also like the Landy the best, I also got another untouched clear Landy-body in the shed waiting to get some work done to it. But I'm waiting for some 3D-printed parts before that adventure starts.. :D
