Lol im not sponsered by them but all my scale comp rigs(C1 x2, C2 x2 and C3x1 run them) pretty much run them.
They just need an under 100mm 1.55 tyre to complete all my rigs 100% of the time. I cnt bring myself to try and reduce a set of 1.55 growlers just yet. I do have others also but generally cone back to my PB's all the time.

Tried treps but not a fan.

I got a couple of my Growlers mounted up on my sexy new wheels tonight.

First I'd like to thank Michael and Dezmoon from Pitbull for letting me use these tires at the SWSC, only the 2nd set in the US of A! I decided that if I'm getting these tires, I better make them look good!

My table of parts for the evening.

Bought some 1.9 Vanquish Methods and promptly sent them off to my friend Ed of A&E Specialty Coatings for a nice gunmetal gray Cerakote finish. I think it turned out awesome! Then it was time for the LockedUp RC scale hardware in the grade 8 finish....

Next are some spiffy new closed cell two stage foams that Eddie from Crawler Innovations sent me to try out. I like the idea of closed cell outers, and I'll be testing them extensively over the next two weeks.

These wheels and tires seem like they were made for each other.....just slipped together like nothing!

Even the back of these wheels looks hot!

I'll have more updates on these tires by the weekend....thanks for looking!

The tires we know are going to work. I'm a little stoked about the new foams...2-stage closed cell, oh my! 8)

Very interested in the foam set up. That is something I have been wondering why no one has tried. Last time mounting some SC tires for my Exo I was thinking the proline foams would make a good outer.

I got my new rig temporarily wired up and took it to Highrocks for some testing. Lucky me, it's been raining all day but I had a short break and decided to try things out. Started with a climb that I've had problems with in the past.

Walked it the first time in the wet! Now part of this is the truck, I can tell you right now......this thing works!

I drove for about 25 minutes and overall I'm really excited about these tires! They drove everything I wanted. We have a scale comp next Sunday so I'll be able to compare them to other trucks, but for now....they are looking great!

Drove this!

Few more pics.
