Rc4wd Twister waterproof servo any good?

Looking for a good servo. This is what my RC hobby store has on a shelf. He recommends it. I just want to make sure I'm not about to just buy something he may try to push on me. I told him I need waterproof. So that's what he showed me. Your thoughts?

I just ordered that servo. Seemed like the only waterproof one out there with sufficient torque. Subscribed.

RC4WD electronics suck. This servo looks like a pretty cheap Chinese servo. I would avoid it at all costs and get a waterproof from Hitec or Savox or even BlueBird.

I'm not one to spend 100 plus $$ for a servo so i go cheap I've had no problem with these and for the price buy 3 but unfortunately RCmart is sold out check the 403 sold so they must be good Plus WP..I know there are other sellers that sell them...

that servo is very slow and under powered. 277oz of torque is barely going to move the wheels if/when wedged

this is what I'm using, was about $100 and can be run at 8.4v

You can pick up the PowerHD 20kg servo's for really cheap and they're not too bad.

They do a waterproof version for a few bucks more and it's blue coloured. I bought the red regular one and when i stripped it down to waterproof it, i discovered it had rubber gaskets everywhere already.
It seems the only difference between the red regular and blue waterproof ones is the extra price tag and some blue stickers.

that servo shows 277 at 6v and is rated for 7.4v max. It will make more than the 277 at 7.4v..... my power hd servos are similar specs and have absolutely no trouble turning the wheels when bound.....for a 1.9 based rig you dont need a huge pricey servo to do the job. The speed is fine as well, i dont want my servo flopping my wheels around so fast that it hammers my knuckles against the chubs and beats my u-joints all to hell....
