Started with the PINK "green machine" and a PURPLE diamond back bike

The front wheel out of the later generation huffy green machines have pedals and they also have a rachet in them so they freewheel when you stop pedaling

It is almost a shame to cut up such a nice bike....

Almost

These are the flanges off the green machine which allows you to run the front wheel that has pedals

Finally got the Girly off of it:mrgreen:

I am going to widen the rear and install these wheels/tires If I can find some 10" pvc to sleeve them with.

Wendall, is that considered a scaler or comp rig?:lmao::lmao::lmao: That's gonna take a big brushless motor to make it go and a 1/4 scale servo to make it turn. Better get a good ESC with an even better drag brake to make it stop."thumbsup"

It's a 1.75 : 1 big wheel ;-) and the only power I need is gravity.

I eventually want to take it down cesears head

You'd better add some padding to that seat...:lmao:

Which seat? The one on the bike or the one on my backside. :lmao:

Slowbro how u plain on blocking to road for the run down cesears head

I'm not, I will probably do it during the week when there isn't much traffic. Road bikes go up and down it all the time....what's the difference?

They have rubber tires and hug the corners...your ass end will be hanging out in the wind...hopefully

I'd love to take one down that road, but not unless I had someone stationed down the hill to block the road or give me a heads up that someone is coming.

I'd ride up and take a look in some of those subdivisions up there like The Cliffs that have steep roads with turns and good visibility. There's another neighborhood on hwy. 133 at these coordinates that I know has some good roads in it: 34.894643,-82.83597. That stretch of hwy 133 north of Walhalla Rd. leading up to hwy 11 has several neighborhoods and such with potential for this project "thumbsup"

Wow what a bunch of "Negative Nancys"....... :flipoff:

Slick little ride you have there Wendall. "thumbsup" I'm still trying to buy the green machine off the boy at work. I'll hit those hills with you if I can get one built. I do have an old single seater yard kart behind Dad's building. Hmmmm may have to look into a Drift-kart build soon.

I did put a front brake on it so I'm not completely crazy. :lmao:

Ryan this thing is LOUD when it is sliding so subdivisions are not a good idea...at least not for continuous runs. This thing is a blast and sketchy at the same time

I guess what I was aiming at was that some of those neighborhoods aren't finished...or weren't the last time I looked so they should have some hills where you wouldn't be disturbing anyone "thumbsup"
