Well I always enjoy trying new projects so a buddy of mine said he wanted a ski tower for his pontoon boat and started working on it tonight. I couldn't finish it tonight cuz I've gotta pick up some 2" flat stock tomorrow for the mounting brackets. Here's the progress:

Gotta love some Bend-Tech PRO!

Almost there...

I also bent up the main hoop and cut the fishmouths in the tubes so everything is ready to weld up tomorrow night!

Since I'm gonna left hanging without tubes I've been trying to keep myself busy working on other parts of the berg. Tonight I decided to shave the front tranny case. I had intended to keep using the front bolt hole, but I'm not sure if I will at this point. Between the case and the upper link mount I lost 9g total. I'm gonna drill two more holes in the link mount so I should be right at 10-11g by the time I get it all done. I also drilled my gears front and rear, but they didn't come out clean enough to post a picture :flipoff:

Thanks, I'm still trying to decide on the front bolt though. I really wanted to keep it, but I'm not seeing a way to make it look cleaner with the screw in it.

Just remove the Bolt and go to grinding. Both of mine are removed.

Here's the start of something beastly
