New bumper and winch mocked up. It's gonna need a few tweaks as well as the lights and D-rings.

Mounted the spare tire, drive shaft, sand latters, and some scale stuff. Also made a servo winch and bent some brake tubing to feed it up to the fake winch

If you have a flaring tool I would flare both end to protect the winch line.
