Projects

Little more work done on the wraith last night. Lowered the ride height, and adjusted the suspension. I kept the rear a tad higher so the front will stay down (hopefully)

I took it for quick test run, and it seems to be what I was looking for. I'll get it out on some rocks soon for a real shakedown.

Todd shouldn't you finish the other rig first? Lol.

It's back together..... :flipoff:

I installed the winch hooks last night and the new CI foam set up is coming from Roland Rockshop as we speak.... "thumbsup" Just have to decide if I am going to cut down the front wheels once I install the new foams.

Got the VVDs in my front axle last night, Dayum they are beefy!

Gonna talk to BDN about some Ti steering links. Think I can get a little more steering with smaller diameter links.

Front axle mounted and Todd's Wroncho plates installed today .

Got a start on getting the front axle under the chassis last night and chopped up a set of my Wroncho plates to fit under the Wraith interior and raise my rear links.

Man, seems like everyone is making big strides on their builds.

I worked through the fuzziness of last nights Christmas party...

Nothing says Christmas like a liquor luge. :)

I got the electronics for the wraith waterproofed with conformal coating... I blew the gears out of the crappy futaba servo I was using as the shift servo on the wraith. Just a tad (ie: waaaaaay too much) marine grease in the front. The plastic gears couldn't take the torque. Lol.

I'm gonna just take the easy out and grab a traxxas waterproof servo for the 2 speed trans.

Casey Currie Cookies anyone???? :lmao:

Just baked these off the rims at 325 degrees.... Worked pretty well but you have got to be quick and wear some thick gloves..... "thumbsup"

Got my class 3 truggy put back together a couple days late but I am liking the look of this thing. Installed locked up spools front and rear, some CREEPERBOB titanium axle shafts for the rear also. Getting some scale hardware for the mayhems next.
Here are some bench shots. Hope to do a test run tomorrow.

Not mine but I am going to enjoy playing with what's in this box Christmas morning....

Any guesses to what it may be? I am sure there will be another one in "The Lab" similar to it before long....
