I remember my "stock" setup ran rather well there on the original Ripsaw's. If you have some aftermarket foams (for a heavier/non stock rig) it will help out a good deal as well. "thumbsup"

Looks like you and the little guy are enjoying yourselves rather well. Where are the MadMax dune destroyer poser shots? Don't forget the immediate cleaning after playing in that fine sand or even worse saltwater.. 8)

So while working in "The Lab" last night the creative juices started flowing.... The Hilux is now an ExoWroncho..... :mrgreen: Added a few more scale points. "thumbsup" Got the lights rough wired in and working, just gotta up the voltage.

Got some bodywork, paint, and cagework fitted today once I was able to get up and moving today.....
Now to figure out a better interior, inner fenders, and finish the inside of the bed. Gonna start fabbing new upper link mounts, sliders, bumpers and dual winch mounts.

I finally finished up the new LR3 body for my rig and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Well minus the few battle scars u see at yesterday's comp.

Thanks man, I've worked my ass off on it. This was one of those body's that had the fake mud all over it including the headlights. It liked to have killed me getting all that crap off. It's still not finished just yet. Got a few more goodies to add to it on the way that should really set it off. Here's a little peak.

Cut fenders off the brat and primer coated it
Then put down a base coat
Taped it off for trim pieces

William's lil Jero is coming along nicely. Its a roller now. I hope to have the electronics in it and running before the weekend is over. I still have a good bit of clean up on the body to do before paint including trimming and sanding. Also thanks to Brooks for the drive shafts.

Had some bad spots were I think there it was still wet from wet sanding. Touched them up best I could. Its not perfect by no means but happy with it. In retrospect I would have started with a new body not one that had been beat on.

I have a dx4c radio and I disabled the avc and turn the avc off in radio but it wont control winch or lights this is a tow truck I made
