Thanks for the video! And no servos in sight!!! I think you need a moving driver to top this off! "thumbsup"

Thank you.
I have been preparing the driver, but it's not moving. ;-)
In my design, the 20cm height doll is the best size. But there is no action doll in the toy market. I have been making it, look forward to finish. "thumbsup"

Some details are uploaded.

Shocks were changed to coil over types.
And the winch for vehicle height adjustment was begun to use. Its working is very well. "thumbsup"

Very very very nice rig! I have a question though about the steering which I am sure your getting tired of everyone asking about it. I would like to know how the line is attached at the cylinder.I see how the two lines go in at each end but how are they attached inside? Is it just tied together in the center of the tube, or what? Thanks.

Inside mechanism is here. I use only one wire because inside space of the cylinder is too tight.
Good luck. :)

Love love love that steering! "thumbsup"

The rest is pretty good too. :ror:

My steering system needs a periodical maintenance. Replacement of the wire may be required for 1 time per 3 days driving.

Now, my bug is done full overhau.

1343884885.jpg

FPV system was installed.

FMD has 2 axis sensor and detects pan and tilt.
1341933673.jpg

Wireless camera has 3 active degree of freedoms and can be controlled by the HMD.
1341933749.jpg

Posture sensor and CPU on the camera's base.
The CPU can control and keep the camera always horizontally against vehicle's moving.

Movie is here.
Driving by using camera view was too difficult because its view angle was small and camera was always shaking by signal noise.
But it's fun! "thumbsup"
