Project Ol' Drippy (lots of pics)

Well tiny update.

Added a little feature to the front end, it is to replicate the high rock 4x4 front bumper:

It is a roller designed to help you startup an incline if you make contact there.
It hangs down a little so it technically decreases my approach angle a little but not too bad. It is made completely out of tlt parts.

I have not tried it yet so we shall see if there is ANY performance gains. It is the same principal as sleaving the links with something that rolls. This may have been done in the past but I have not seen it.

I will post pics in just a min.

Oh yeah and I finally mounted the other rock slider. They actually work very well for costing me 79 cents.

The roll cage tubing will start this weekend probably. I get a "hobby paycheck" this week so I will pick up more supplies.

I saw the bumper while reading this months issue of CRAWL.
Built it entirely out of TLT parts.
Roller is one of the hollow tubes that comes with the kit.
The long brass pieces are inside the tubing, with a plastic spacer between them.

Then I coated (FILLED) the inside with ceramic grease like a Tucker Max anal expeirence ( http://www.tuckermax.com/archives/e...ies_buttsex_hilarity_does_not_ensue.phtml#278 )

We will see how she performs maybe tomorrow.

Oh yeah I picked up one of the Bass Pro shop raft things, I didn't want the Kayak because everyone had it already. This one is going to get painted a Kahki color. More on that later

If you get a chance go to the Tucker Max site. It is work safe but maybe don't goi there if your twelve. It is about ummmm...................adult situations. You will laugh so hard you feel it for a couple days though. Very funny.
