PRO-LINE new TSL

Proline probably doesn't care because almost nobody cares about comps.

People care about comps. It's the rules that suck.."thumbsup"

yup, gotta disagree Jato.

ProLine should (does) care about comps because whether or not the majority of their customers do not comp... many of them get their "info" here.

If someone post a thread that ask "What tires are best for my Wraith?" and the majority of people (especially veterans) post 1 specific tire... that tire sells.

People searching "tires for Wraith" on Google will come across the thread and see an overwhelming consensus of which tire to buy... and buy it because it works.

And they know it works because a large amount of the people doing the reviews are comp guys that have been doing it a long time.

It's viral marketing... give the people an opinion and they will believe it.
Just look at Harley's threads... if he endorses a product on YouTube/here, that product sells.

I emailed rpp yesterday, his response:

"I talked to pro line last week and it could be within 2 weeks or sooner. As long as they did not run into any problems."</pre>
Sweeeeeeeeeeeeet Guess I'll go ahead and order some foams from Ci and have them ready

this is killing me.... are these going to have the stupid bead shape that only works with a rim style beadlock and will make you wanna jump off a bridge if you are trying to mount them on an internal bead wheel...? i want a tire for the rc4wd raceline wheels for my yeti.. i was going to go with the method wheel, but everybody else is too...

i love the 1.9 xl's now that i have them mounted, but swore i would never get another set with that weird shaped bead. will any of you guys that have the "test samples" say what style the bead is?

yeah about half an hour ago they had them in stock, I'm guessing the sold out. I pre ordered mine through Tower Hobbies and my status order says order is being packed ready to ship.

so... any word on that bead shape? is it gonna be a standard square or the weird oversize proline triangle?

I emailed Proline yesterday and here's their response about the bead. Looks like it's the same as the previous version.

"Hello,

It would be the same as the Super Swampers

Thank you

Subject: Question about the new Proline 10107-14

Hello,

There's been a lot of questions as to the bead style of these tires. Are they going to be a standard bead or the triangle style bead like other Swampers?

Thanks,

Sean"

well, at least its settled... dammit. who wants to email the guys at rpp to see if they will do a package deal if we get gearhead beadlocks to go with these? they just had a 20%off wheel deal for labor day too...
