I finally bit the bullet (quite a large caliber one, in fact) and bought myself a (3) set of Blackwell's

Hey let me know how those tires wear. I’m trying to figure out what tires I want to go with for my F150. I really want a set of mud grapplers but my only worry is buying brand new tires and them wear faster than I’d like. I’ve been looking at gladiator X-comps as well, I love the look of em.

Oh yeah, and nice truck! I like the look of nice wheels on an imperfect truck.

Thanks SLN! Love my old fords, ive got an 84 f150 4x4 stepside, this one is an 87 f250 4x4, n ive got a 97 obs superduty supercab 2wd that needs a hpop.

Nittos wear really good, had a set of terra grapplers on my 01 superduty. They were on the truck wen i got it n i ran the snot out of them. The new terra graps, im told, are 80k mile tires. I hope these last awhile, i know mud tires arent the best for street drivin. But we'll see how they do

Onewheel Gt
First, skateboards had 4 wheels. Then they had 2 (Razor Ripstik). Now they have 1 (Onewheel). Think I'll stick with 4...tho, mine does go up to 40mi on a full charge, or up to 40mph. Interestingly enough, I thought about the Onewheel, for all of a few seconds...and, then, I remembered that my "internal balance" isn't what it used to be.

Anyway, enjoy. I see more & more people riding them. Although I haven't (yet) gotten to join in on a group ride, I understand the number of Onewheels in the groups have increased (probably 50% Esk8s, 25% electric unicycles, and 25% Onewheels...at least in theSF Bay Area).

I agree. Have had many with 4 wheels, a ripstick with 2, and now this onewheel. I like to try things. Ridden a seatless bike yet? I dislike the small wheels most boards have, and eaten some serious shit hitting a small lip/rock
I snowboard, and have a couple of friends that have them. Fun to ride un-alone. I could care less for speed, my old ace will break a hip, but mu balance is spot on, even though.

Since I'm practically a senior citizen, this is likely my last (it's about 36" w/Indys & 70mm wheels) - been skating since the mid '70s, ran a skate shop right after I got out of the military in the late '80s:

Nice! You'll love the GK Kit."thumbsup"

I'm jealous about the Fire Trailrunner. I've been wanting to pick up the body for awhile now!

You’ve got a few more years than myself but I have always wanted a long board. No where to ride after moving to the woods but when we were in town there was.

You could always get an AT Esk8...an electric longboard with 6" (or larger) pneumatic tires, designed specifically for off-road (ie. AT = All-Terrain, just like 1:1 off-road tires). Some, designed for extreme off-road, even have a spring suspension. If you have hard-packed dirt trails, you should check out the Ownboard Zeus (regular, or Pro).

Fat guy folding chairs were half price at target this weekend! I’m almost 250lbs, but it says it’s rated for 600. Hopefully I don’t break this one. All set for proline by the fire, now!…
