I’m still laughing! I charged the battery, followed instructions and it wouldn’t work, UNTIL it was actually in water. Not a lot of speed , it’s small, but works well in the pool/ pond.
The ducks were amused but not scared

Nope, small stick battery, limited space. Hull is welded together so no messing with internals

Did away with my dining room table work area and swapped it for a work bench. Got most of my stuff organized, hopefully I can find a chair tomorrow and get started on the new project that’s sitting on there now.

Nice bench man. Being organized definitely helps a lot lol. I hate when my workbench is a mess. Trying to build a truck in a mess is the worst, let alone trying to find something.

I picked up the re-released Tamiya Blackfoot kit from my LHS. Here's a stock pic of the box. I'm looking forward to putting this together. It'll be my first kit since my scx10 ii and first Tamiya RC. "thumbsup"

Mine too ( still have mine.....not in good shape but still have it..). I often want to pull the trigger on rerelease kit but have too many unfinished projects to do first.

Same here. I really like the low, scale look of the chasis. Great looking body too. Almost bought it over an RC4WD XtraCab.

The 'power' for my VS4-10 Phoenix finally arrived. Only problem - I ordered the 2300kv version, and they showed the 1400kv version. Will have to call them tomorrow.
