OK, feel a little retarded...so I guess I fit right in! How the hell do you get to the comp site? I saw the google map location, but directions don't get you into the park, just some whacked directions into Los Lagos... Is there a place to run the Slash's? Will I be totally shunned if I don't have a crawler (got bit by the go fast bug, had to sell the scaler to pay bills, it was the only thing worth more than a hundred or so...)
I believe you want to go into the Beals Point park entrance. I guess I should look up where this place is this time. :ror:
No worries on the lack of crawler. I will have an extra Losi Mini Crawler you can run.
Dean and I will be up there all day Saturday running and galloping on the beach with our Slashes if you have time. Just look for the inconspicuous camo Unimog on the beach.

Cool! I will try to make it out on Saturday. I will need the pick me up after the funeral. Cannot make it on Sunday, forgot I was watching someone's kids that afternoon.

That is correct. They based the wheelbase off the losi MRC as it comes out of the box, along with various other reasons.
Yep, the 1.9 class is based off of the measurements of the Mini's that are released and soon to be released.
If your rig is not within the rules specs of that class, you will not be able to compete with it unless you fix it to get within the specs.
We did not base any of the 1.9 rules on just the Losi MRC. ;-)

Let me know cause I'm worried about sleeping ugly falling out of the Unimog on the way up to Folsom this Friday, you know how he can't stay awake past 7:00 PM EST.

I was going to run 1.9 thinking that scaler would fall under 1.9 i for got about the mins. so is thare going to be a scale class or should i just say hell with it and run in 2.2 becauce of my 11 7/8 weelbase.

Sorry, no scale class. There will be scalers there for some trail ridin though and feel free to compete with yours if it meets the measurements etc.
