After receiving this great rig I tore it down and redid the suspension which I post later about.

After a adjusting a few things and putting in a Rockstar 530 brushed motor and stock axial ae2 in it ran great. Not much wheel speed but enough to get over everything I was aiming for.

I started the 6x6 with the GMC body, well with the bed it just didn't look right with the extra on the back end.

Well after running it at the Diablo Crawlers New Years bash I relised that I needed more wheel spin and better looking body that will fit the chassis.
So I have seen the 1979 Ford body around and fell for it. I havent ran it besides on my waterfall in the backyard but it does pretty good.

So new upgrades:
Brushless motor: Roc412, Pro 4 HD, etc
Wheels: CNC Custom Wheels is who I am going to for some down right sweet wheels that no one has.
Tires: Maybe Proline Super Swampers or cut the CI Deuces Wild foams as they dont have enough give when hitting the rocks.

Under construction front axle: XR Mod with some brass inner axles and universals.

Rig looking sweet Noodle! I have been looking at the RCX chassis. Gonna have to take a good look next time i see this thing.

What did you used for cross braces, do you have some pictures of the chassis, more complete (with crossbraces, electronics, battery etc.).

I just received mine RCX chassis and love the quality, however the scx10 chassis, has a curve in them so the space between the two rails are smaller on the outside. The RCX chassis are flat. That's why it has the same width overal.
