Here is a few pics of my hpi cupracer. It has a 19t brushed motor and some foam wheels. Really like these small rc cars.

Good looking little fleet you've got there Poul!

Nice looking cars! what scale are these? 1/18th?

They are 1/10 mini scale if that makes any sense. 160 mm wide.

Yup, these are 1/10 Grumpster, but they're also based off cars that in 1/1 scale were tiny too.
Here's my Tamiya M-03 Mini-Cooper next to a friend's F350 Highlift;

That Aluminum case behind the F350 is what I use to haul the Mini around in BTW8)

these are the HPI cars that are similar to the Tamiya minis, right? they can be either FWD or RWD?

IIRC these cars are 4wd like the old Mini RS4's that HPI had out about 10 years ago.

There is only one hpi car here. The other ones are tamiya. The two on the left are the m01/m02 chassis that can be converted to fwd or rwd. The one on the right is a tamiya m05 which is fwd.

I want one of those so bad. It would just be a shelf queen if I got one though. There is no place to run them in area other than by yourself in a parking lot. I was big into Tamiya's about 6-7 years ago. i had a David Jun TA03 TRF that was badass. It was so nice I didn't want to run it. It looked like this one.

Isn't there two companies make these now. I know HPI has the Cup Racer but inst there an "off-named" company doing the same size and style of car?

I found it, it's ABC Hobby. They have some pretty cool bodies but I don't think their quality is anywhere near HPI's though.

The quality of the ABC hobby bodies is Nice. The stickers have an awesome amount of details. I have the skyline body pictured above.
