Been in and out of RC racing for years. Know nothing about crawling. When Camping my friends have some Axial with Dodge bodies that they try to look as scale to their 1:1 Dodge. I however drive a F350 Crew Cab and cannot find anything that comes with that body. Am I missing a kit somewhere, or am I going to have to go custom? I don't really plan on competitions, but you never know. Would like something decent to crawl while camping with friends for fun without breaking the bank ,and if I ever do decide to try a competition it would fit in somewhere.

Any recommendations to help kick me in the right direction. Would love a kit to build (Prefer a kit over RTR) that has a F350 Crew Cab body, and be able to upgrade later as things break.

Thanks,
Rob

Welcome to RCC, here's a great kit that requires far less upgrades than SCX10.

Nothing I know of comes with a F350 crew cab body. Proline has made a few F250 crew cab bodies over the years that could work on most any scale chassis. They also make a F250 cab that is meant to bolt to the SCX10 Honcho's tube bed.

Tamiya makes the High Lift chassis with a F350 standard cab body. It is a kit with a nicely detailed hard body but the chassis leaves much to be desired in terms of performance (nowhere near as capable as your buddy's SCX10).

I'm sure you can find many F350 extended cab builds around here that use 2 Tamiya bodies cut and glued together should you feel adventurous in this pursuit.
