New Lamborghini Reventon, 1.4 Mil + Tax

Oh and just a little saying that I thought I might throw in even though most have heard it....

"There's no replacement for displacement." I plan on living by that quote when I get my dad's '81 El Camino ;-)"thumbsup"

I'll race any of those cars with my Bronco.

In 3 feet of powder snow of course.

Does that include if the snow is plowed off the road first or not? Actually, if it did, one of the Lambo's, I think the Murcialago, is all wheel drive.(I think I heard that on Top Gear, maybe not...) Not sure maybe its the Lambo Gallardo, but either way, they do pretty good in wet conditions because of that.

The McLaren F1 did all that, ten years ago. And as far as I know, it's still the only car that drove away from the 35-mph crash test.

Plus you can fit two chicks in the McLaren.

Franky, I know a guy that drove his F40 in the snow. You shoulda seen that thing with salt spray all over it, and every scoop packed with slush.

My $1.4 mil penis enhancement would be a GT40 MkII, just for the sound of that 427 with open pipes.

if i could have ANYTHING

For 1.5 mil I'd rather build a Top Fuel Dragster. "thumbsup"

Or, buy a used Indy Car. Tell me I can't drive it on the street... and then watch me do it.

Most of ya'll probably know this, but here's the original story behind the Ford GT....

Back sometime in the 60's I believe, Le Mans was becoming a popular racing series. Well at that time, Ford became interested in Ferrari. They decided that they were going to buy Ferrari. Well, they were starting on getting this deal done, when Ferrari backed out of the deal. Ford got pissed so they built the GT 40 to beat the Ferrari's in the Le Mans series. And thats also how the GT got the name "Ferrari Killer".

You all must have forgotten about the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 already?

1001hp, 253mph, 16 cylinders, and 4 turbochargers..... starting at $1.4 Million

i would rather pick up an SL65 Black, and spend the left over 1.2m on strippers.
The SL 65 AMG Black Series will receive a boosted version of its 6.0-liter bi-turbo V12 up to 680 hp. With only 350 units to be sold the SL Black Series will reach a top speed of 220 mph but electronically limited to 186 mph (300 km/h), 0-60 mph rushe by in less than 4.0 seconds.

I can respect all of the work and engineering that goes into all of these cars, but in reality I would hate to own any of them and have to drive it on a daily basis-you would have to plan all of your driving around avoiding the smallest speed bump or crack in the road that would scrape off your front bumper. In all seriousness I think for practicalities sake I would go for an AWD sports car-Mitsu Lancer, Subi Impreza, etc.-plenty of power to get you where you need to go quickly, but enough clearance to not worry about potholes and other such road hazards. Plus with all the money you save you could use to add performance parts and beef it up a bit as well "thumbsup" If I did have a mill to spend on a car, I would want to design my own and have someone build it for me-AWD, full Indy suspension built around two 4-cylinder rotary engines, like the W16 in the Bugatti Veyron, but leave enough clearance to not have to worry about road conditions.
