Wraith test spy shots with no reveal...

Here is a little Wraith test shot:
<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/axialrc/5551398377/" title="Axial Wraith HEY Watch out for that HAY by AXIAL RC, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5028/5551398377_94a70f514c.jpg" width="375" height="500" alt="Axial Wraith HEY Watch out for that HAY " /></a>

And there is this nice little gem:
<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/axialrc/5551984448/" title="Axial Wraith Deception Blade by AXIAL RC, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5184/5551984448_129c7c48b0.jpg" kwidth="375" height="500" alt="Axial Wraith Deception Blade" /></a>

Just testing out the hIgh speed magma-flux traction stability control devices and in the top image you can see the test pilot getting a litle bush wacky with the Wraith, but hey, he's in R&D, he can drive the one-off sample like that if he wants to..."thumbsup"

So, while you liked the green image of protecting the inunocent so much, Bender and I should have a little tech delivery for you tomorrow'ish or at least a tech-pop-quiz for you guys for the weekend.

Get you milk and cookies along with your Latin calculators ready, it's going to be a doozie!!!!

Sweet! Is this one going to have the updated knuder valve on it?

What about the reverse reciprocating dingle arm? Have the torque flux issues been solved?

NICE!! Clicked on the photo and it linked me to an album with another intresting picture of 2 wraiths side by side. The axles look really wide.

Im with "it usually runs fine", no way it had ifs

The second pic kinda looks like it

It seems to have offset diffs, and fairly thin axle tubes. The second picture, though, kinda makes it look like it has high clearance tubes, rs10 style. the two revealing shots contridict each other, although the steering link might be throwing off the look of em.

I love how axial is doing this with the pics. sometimes pictures can tell more about something then text. From the new photos I may buy one :D

I really want one but I don't want the same thing as everyone else(like how the honcho is now). This rig better be ground breaking tech!!!

I like the hype, and I'll probably get one of these. Yeah, there might be a few changes I'll have to make to it to fit my particular style/wants and there might be some oddball weak point that will have to be addressed, but rest assured if it's a big issue, we all know axial will take care of it. Either way, it will be another killer crawler that Axial has brought to us people who are either too lazy or do not have enough time (or talent) to build a custom rig from the ground up.

What bothers me though is they keep raising the standard for their rigs (which isn't always a bad thing, but keep reading). I came onto the crawler scene right after the AX10 came out and I could swear I didn't hear near as much bitching about a part or aspect of design someone didn't like about it. Instead, it would go like this..."Well, I'm going to change the geometry a bit to fit my driving style" or something along those lines. People weren't nearly as demanding, they were just thankful they no longer had to hack up a Stampede tranny or a wheely king to get what they wanted. Instead of bitching, they were building.

My point is, if things keep progressing like this with some of these people, eventually every Axial will have to come with a coupon for a free handjob and a gift card for Fastenal to keep them happy.

I already know it's water "proof" which is a big seller since my rigs DO NOT see mud or even wet grass, so If it has a 2 speed tranny I am sold. I like the idea of a summit just never got one, so maybe this will fit the bill as a crawler/ass hauler. Plus it will most likely come with Ripshaws.

so is this a 1/8th scale, will handle a mamba monster, if this is just basher pry have more fun with a summit i dont know about u but i run my crawler and scaler on rocks and through the woods not down dirt roads or race tracks :lmao:sorry but im not impressed YET !!!:flipoff:

YEA! What DANIELK said!

 "the two revealing shots contridict each other"
