I am with norm. It is a plastic tuber as all the screws are holding it together. Plus those are axials new 2.2 tires this may finally be the storm they were talking about.

the storm they were talking about is a sand storm from the power of this beast ;-)

Why do people keep calling it a KOH rig? It looks nothing like a truck that would run at KOH. It looks like a tubed out Jeep i would see at the Rubicon.

This is the first scaler i have seen that i might actual get. I like the tubed out look but i have no desire to spend that much time to build one.

so im not sure if those links are from the xr10 or if there plastic they look plastic and i hope there not but any way im down for 1"thumbsup"

I hope this is out before my first camping trip of the year, I already know some places I want to take this to break it in. No should I pre-order or not?????

I like it. Its always good to see new products in the hobby. That being said, I would love to see a multi-speed transmission. One point of contention: If almost everyone who's into scale wants narrower axles, why make them wider? I don't get that part.

Because technically it's not a scaler, it's a KOH style rig.

If you really need narrower axles, there are options, and more options are on the way.

"Scaler" doesn't equate "stock". An RC rig built to look like a KOH rig or even a monster truck...is still a scaler. "thumbsup" "Scale" just means it looks and performs realistically to its 1:1 counterpart.

Looks good. I think I will wait a few months after it comes out to see what bugs -if any- need to be ironed out before deciding if I want to purchase it or not. Don't want another XR10 in my hands. I won't fall for the hype this time around like some of you already are.

Wither it's RTR or a KIT, I just hope that the axles are wider like it's been speculated. I need some "full widths" for another TJ or my current JK. "thumbsup"
