Mt4 -extra steering pushing button

Hi,
I need help programming the Sanwa Mt4.
I would like to achieve an apparently simple behavior, change the steering dual rate from 80% to 100% pushing sw2 button. I can easily obtain the opposite effect, changing from 100% to x percent pushing the button, it is sufficient to assign the steering dual rate function to that button.
Don't want to use the HOLD mode because I have to be sure extra steering is active only when my finger is on the button.
