Some info to take note:

It will be necessary for racers to bring LENGTHY cords to plug into as the boxes won’t be close to everyone, and everyone will need duct tape to tape down their cords you may wan tto send out a quick mass email on this today. No cords can be left untapped, due to safety regulations, especially in aisle ways.

Don't forget tables and chairs...these will not be supplied.

we will be using 18" wooden rulers. "thumbsup" if there is any question with the rulers we do have 1 tech tool to use, but we plan on having multiple tech stations, we just do not have enough tech tools for every station.

Just a clarification...I can come in and setup tables Friday at 3 correct? Just don't wanna drive an hour and a half and have to turn around and come home.
