CHALLENGE

"Official USRCCA National Qualifying Event"


DATE:
FEBRUARY 20-21, 2010

TIME:
8:30 am

LOCATION:
FARM SHOW COMPLEX (HARRISBURG, PA)

CLASSES:
1.9 COMP, 2.2 COMP & SUPER COMP (Limited to 150 rigs over three classes); Scaler Exhibition


DETAILS

Opening Friday (3pm - 6pm):

* Registration/Pit Passes
* Pit setup
* Tech confirmation (make sure you are in spec)
* Practice (3pm - 6pm)

Event Format:

* New Start Time 8:00 am
* Free Run Format w/ending times
* Tech in line for each course
* Scoresheet gets handed in after each run to get logged
* 4 courses of each class in two days
* Top 10 (2.2) & Top 5 (1.9, Super) Finals Course on Sunday
* Awards Ceremony around 3:30pm on Sunday

Necessities:

* Tickets (No extras available...you forget them...you will need to pay)
* Trucks (duh)
* Tables & Chairs (No Easy Ups) Pits will be tight
* Extension Cords
* Game Face
* Sense of Humor...it is all about having fun, right?

Club Attendance "I wanna build a course on Sunday" Winners (Based off of export from registration):

* W.Pa.C. (16 drivers)
* GSRCRC (14 drivers)
* MDRCC (9 drivers)
* WNYRCRC (7 drivers)



Scaler Exhibition: This will be for exhibition only. Bring your rigs to display and run.


REGISTRATION: Online Form
Registration Notes:

  • Please fill out completely.
  • Add a number "1" in the classes you are registering for.
  • There is a starting balance of $10 to cover the first class (Only way to capture the first class fee)
  • All classes need a "chosen axle". I will delete the ones that are not relative to your registration.
  • Make sure you enter your RCC Username. This is how I will track registration.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR ITEMS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. WE WILL OFFER A PLACE TO DISPLAY THEM OUT OF REACH OF SPECTATORS BUT W.Pa.C./Motorama/Competitors, WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED STUFF. DISPLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Comp details:
  • Fees: $60 for first class, $50 for additional
  • Free run Comp
  • I promise two full days of competitions (format will be adjusted to number of registrations)
  • Bring your own tables, chairs and extension cords
  • Follow Current USRCCA Rules at time of event
  • Sunday Awards Ceremony immediately following Final Run
  • Scaler Exhibition will go on all weekend. Be sure to talk with spectators. (Non 2.4ghz must make sure there is no conflicts)
  • Top 3 for the three classes (Super/2.2/1.9) will receive trophys.
  • There will be door prizes given throughout the day Saturday. If not claimed they will go back in the pot for Sunday.
  • The fee also includes your entry fee to the event. You will have access to all events for the two days
  • General Admission Parking Included
  • POST ENTRY @ Harrisburg will result in $100 for first Class and $65 for others, plus a parking pass. (After February 5th)

Does the entry fee cover our cost for all the car show stuff going on that weekend?

Will the parking pass cover us all weekend for coming and going?

The registration gives you full access to spectating all facets of the event. You will also get a General Admission pass for both days...
 
Awesome!! Just signed up and registarted for 2.2 and super. Hopefully the super is done in time:shock:
 
so there is a 10.00 fee to register, i am not sure i get it, when does the total amount come out? i wanna run one class and thats it when do i pay the rest?

is the intial fee just 10.00?

Awesome to see the registrations.

I will upload them tomorrow. I think the Tryptophan is kicking in, or it could be all the freaking food I ate... :shock:
 
I can guarantee this:


  1. All classes will run on both days
  2. Awards Ceremony will be Sunday
  3. There will be lots of rocks
  4. Scaler exhibition course will be open all weekend
