I need to see if interest is high enough to contact the park for permission to hold a GTG. There seems to be an abundance of rocks and crawling perfect spots along the creek. i think it would be a perfect spot to hold a GTG while i am in Ohio during the summer. If you would be interested in going, let me know. My friend says that if he ends up having time, he might even help me with organizing. I need to guage interest.

Thanks,
Daniel Kennedy

thats a nice spot down there i know microgoat and some other guys go to nelsons ledges and me and nick rummy go to the gorge on a regular basis i would probally come down to mohican i dont know where you are staying in ohio for summer but if you want to come up here we will probally post a week before we go to the gorge for gtg.

Sounds cool to me. I am staying with my mom in Ashland. Im meeting up with a guy at a plane club. This summer should be great fun. I am taking my micro trail rig with me. if i have my maxx scaler done by then, i will take it too.

Thanks!
Daniel

The AC

I live in Ashland (County) Probably about 8 miles south on 60, right between Ashland and Loudonville. I've been hiking in Mohican and it is pretty sweet. I used to take the dog for walks at the Gorge when I was going to the U of A. I really need to get to a GTG but work is keeping me pretty busy.

I'd be interested in something at mohican. I used to ride XC and downhill there. There is definitely some nice terrain. Just gotta find a good place that has close parking. I know a couple decent rock gardens but they are quit a hike to get there.
