MNRCRC 2015 Schedule Planning

Where in duluth would the comps be? Any regulations/tech to pass? I really want to go! Also i dont know about it, but enger tower by duluth would be a good spot

We usually comp on Brighton Beach. What rig do you have? We will find a class for you to run in. We have guidelines but definitely would like to see some new faces and want you to run what you have.

No cut and shut or comp tires on scale rigs.
Electronics mounted to the chassis (except servo)
Scale looking chassis (No twin vertical plates)
6x6 and 8x8 axled rigs are welcome
And I think thats about it?

Wheel size dictates what class you're in.
Pro 2.2 rules are the same as whatever rules are used nationally

Ohh ok i have a wraith that i dont think is very scale but it sorta is. The only thing that doesnt look scale is tue cut crap chassis i cut the hell outta the rear part of the chassis so it would have more room at full compression and theres nothing in the back at all except the reciever box. It doesnt look too scale but i could make it into a toolbox type thing maybe. I wanted to bring my madtorque to something but... Tvp chassis. Other than that, its a pretty sweet crawler. Not realistic but cool. So would i be in the pro 2.2? I think the only ones i could make are the duluth ones... Kinda sucks but im getting my permit in may and a year from then ill have my license so i can go almost every comp next year! On the 26th ill be in frontenac farms if any of you know where that is for a 1:1 weekend. Thanks for the info and hope to see ya soon!

Guys and girls who have never competed...don't worry about the rules. Show up and we will show you how to have fun. "thumbsup"

There will always be questions about this or that...again, just make it to ANY event and we'll all be happy to help and show you the basics. "thumbsup"

Wraith will be in 2.2 trail. Your other rig sounds like a 2.2 pro.

Sounds great! My madtorque is a 2.8 rig though. 8th scale big boy stuff:flipoff: i can definetly bring it out though! I probably wouldnt put it in any classes though cause i wouldnt need to but it would be cool. I can most likely make it to the comps at brighton and if theres any by chester and thompson dam i can be there but my wraith isnt that much of a scaler. Ill definetly check the events out! We should really do a g6 or u4 comp up here by duluth!

If you're parents are cool with you going to Taylors Falls I'm sure we could work a ride out for ya.

And I agree. G6 is my new favorite format.

I could try to talk them into it for sure. My mon would love to go there because shes never been there and my dad would love it for the events just to watch us! I could probably make it to at least one of those

What does the scaler event in two weeks entail. What sort of course is being run? Crawling etc? Is this for the 1.9 mainly or would a yeti and a wraith do ok?
