my micro

battery on rear axle
lowered shocks on frame and cut tops of frame off
inverted shocks with miro t springs red on rear white up front
removed battery holder and esc/reciever holder(the esc still doesn't have a home)
lowered body mounts to the old mount locations for the plastics
learning to airbush so I did the rims in flat black
weighted front rims

well here's my rig
-lipo on the rear axle
-hs-55 servo
-micro deans on all connections
-16" of solder inside of front rims/12" inside rear rims
-cut foam dia. in half
-reversed tranny and motor wiring
-bearing seat in tranny shaved
-SS M2 nuts on axles (plastic wheels nuts?? :roll:)
-micro-t springs red up front and white on rear (its backwards, but i like it)
-lowered esc and moved it towards the fron
-metal mulisha body (@ walmart for 7 bucks!, little dremeling needed)
-made front bumper and rear cage thing from styrene
(rear cage looks kinda blah, but it was my first time w/ styrene)
-ghost painted outer wheel rings black so the blue just shows a little
(though, the blue is hard to see in the pics)

high rollin'!!

Added 18 grams of solder around each wheel, star cut the foams to remove about 40%, drooped the susp. by cutting about a third of each spring off then capturing one end into the shock cap and wrapping the other end over the lip of the ball end of the shock, heated and then hand bent the lower links for clearance, put two spektrum programmable sub micro servos on it using a futaba two into one harness for four wheel steering, added a Micro High Roller body, and run a losi 180 mah lipo.

'81 Bronco

fenders trimmed, full interior with floor cutouts to get it down as low as possible, batt on servo w 1/4 oz behind servo, 1/2 oz in each wheel, driver is an Avatar figure, wheels painted black.

Some Update:
Bent lower links for better clearance
Bent front upper links for better turning radius
Stretched the front links by ~10mm (that's as far as it goes on micro raptor without driveshaft mod)
Star cut the tyre foams for better grips
Added strips of lead weight inside the wheel (~9g per front, ~6g per rear)
