Jeep Losi

Here's my Jeep bodied Losi with the sprung LCG pack config.

Keeps the weight @ a low CG but stays with the originally designed spring load and shock oil. Works well. ;-)

Hey All; New to the forum you all have here. I have not read this much since High School lol. Well here are a few pics of my MRC along the way since I got it the day they hit my LHS.Just crawl for fun. Really nowhere here in FlatAssed Florida to crawl. I have set up stuff and do have some killer spots to run. But... Compared to most crawlers I am so green I stink a color. LOL. Well here are some pics to enjoy. Thanks for the killer info I have gained from this place. L8R,Wrench.

Brandy Brand new;

Added some Micro-T lights for some night crawling. Gets real hot during the day in here SW Fla. So I have been known to midnight crawl.

I decided to do something different;

I even tryed a RC18T body once;

And now it has what belong on it. My Grappler just like his BIG brutha.

Only mod so far is tire inserts removed and lead shot added to all four wheels.

here is my bone stock mrc

here are my plans for it

• take out the foam in between the tires and wheels and add some stick on wheel weights in each tire
• stretch the wheel base 1.5"
• add a 62 tooth aluminum spur gear to make it really crawl
• bent lower links in the rear
• led head lights and rock lights
• replace the body b/c im tired of looking at the "tuber" style that it came with

Upgrades:

custom 6 cell pack on servo
HR alum. beadlocks (2.25 oz lead to each front - 1.25 oz. to rears)
losi blue claws - memory foams
moved shocks out and up
removed top battery tray
moved rx to rear axle
moved esc to rear upper links

All mine has are some blue claws with black chrome wheels, and moved some stuff around, 4link, and different shocks.
