I'm a newbie to rock crawling and to serious RC, so going very slow on the modifications. After reading here, I have moved the battery to the rear axle, added bb weights to the front tires and lowered the front of the body. I've also got metal front and rear lockers coming this week.

Being from South Dakota, the home of Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse Memorial, the name "Mountain Carver" seemed appropriate.

Having a lot of fun so far.

These were taken in my little backyard crawling course, but I'm hoping to get some shots of it at Mount Rushmore soon.

Just got my MRC last Saturday. Still waiting for a TCS tuber frame and Flat Iron tires.By the way, the gold cube on top of the servo is a solid piece of brass that i am using for weight. Moved the esc to back servo mount.

Mountain Carver at Mount Rushmore

As promised, my Mountain Carver MRC at Mount Rushmore National Memorial in South Dakota. This was a rainy day at the mountain, which is why the faces have streaks on them.
