Re: Krawl's "SECRET AGENT"

There you go reinventing the wheel again!

Are the rings epoxied to the center section? My mind is perplexed and I'm not sure I will be able to sleep tonight.

Either way gaining almost a 1/4" of interior clearance is huge and once again Im impressed.

Re: Krawl's "SECRET AGENT"

Here is what I am willing to share at the moment....

Beautiful!

Looks like CF pipe/or tube not rod of course, I've seen some of that type of product at the DragonPlate website. I am curious to see the way the faces and the centerpiece come together!

Very Cool!"thumbsup""thumbsup""thumbsup"

Re: Krawl's "SECRET AGENT"

The weight is similar at .55 oz for the wheel itself and .8 oz with an unmodified vanquish .700 hub.....This will soon drop!

Unmodified eh? I was thinking you could cut out the other 3 screw holes that you aren't using as well as some of the angled whatever you want to call them on the side....

The added strength to the overall structure is unbelievable, and like I said the interior area is a 1/4" larger so weight can be concentrated .20" farther out than the previous wheel.

So could you run a bigger foam than? BTW how do you do that is it a CF Tube that you cut for the middle? And how did you attach it to the face?

And not to mention they are the F$RST of their kind and cool as hell!

Oh ya they are sweet!

Re: Krawl's "SECRET AGENT"

Jeremy your an animal, keeping pushing the limits man. "thumbsup"

Re: Krawl's "SECRET AGENT"

Shoot I bet the version not pictured has the cf tube milled out for more weight savings like what some have done to their slw's. Excellent work as usual man "thumbsup"

Re: Krawl's "SECRET AGENT"

How come you moved your esc's out from under the links? Very nice work man!

Re: Krawl's "SECRET AGENT"

I like the wheels. Im looking forward to seeing what is pinching the bead "thumbsup"

you think theres something pinching the bead? i thought they were glued like the others:shock: gonna need a set of these if theres a beadlock built in there somewhere... nice work Mr. Freak "thumbsup"

I wanted to try running the esc's bare with no wrap and this was the best place for them to not come in contact with anything. Plus the wiring is short and neat and they are very low profile.

No bead locks, they are just not needed in my opinion... I would rather have 2+ ounces off my tuck than having even the lightest beadlock rim. It's not for everyone, and that's fine for me.8)

Re: Krawl's "SECRET AGENT"

Somehow I get the feeling while the rest of us are layin in bed at night thinkin about Scarlett Johansson, boobies & Scarlett Johansson's boobies...yer thinkin about RC crawlers & how to raise the bar a little higher. Glad guys like you are willing to sacrifice boobie dreams for the sport

Wheels are SICK. Like I said to you once upon a time...continue to change the game brutha. With product like this...you're on the right path. Oh...& don't worry about the boobies. I'll keep on thinkin about em...enough for BOTH of us. Thats MY contribution to the sport "thumbsup"

Hahaha!

I like boobies for sure! You gotta get up with the times and have multiple monitors so you can do both at once:lmao:

Thanks again for the compliment.

Re: Krawl's "SECRET AGENT"

Those are pretty cool wheels. Do they have a full 2.2" bead surface? Or do the faces/rings actually support the bead?

2x"thumbsup"

I prefer glued wheels compare beadlocks , too

- faster to mount
- lighter
- and the tires don't come out of the beadlockrings.

So for me its fine , too.

Go on with your creative work"thumbsup"
