yeah when we found out we had our son on the way i was shocked to see the cost of some things. we ended up getting a super nice stroller with matching carseat for free from a friend that no longer needed it.

and also, CONGRATS!! :mrgreen: is this your first kid??

yeah bud that stuff is stupid expensive for the most part , you can find deals on things but you will have to look around .

That's the part that got me the most. When we hard our second we wanted to use the same seat and just buy a new base. They had already redesigned it and we couldn't get one for ours anymore.

I did eventually find one online.

it was a 5.2 it happened at 10:53 18 miles outside of shawnee, ok. we didn't feel a thing ( we were out driving in the dodge when it happened )

I have lots of family all over oklahoma and they all felt it, some even had damage. I didnt feel it, but our chandler in the dining room was swaying back and forth. I was watching a movie at the time and the lights in the basement were flickering.
