KCRC - Kansas City Remote Crawlers -

I had a good time driving my sportsman at the last comp, but it turns like a school bus with no dig. I know the under drive gearing will help, but does anyone make a different C hub or knuckle to increase steering angle on the AX10?

My sportsman ran zero Ackerman high steer VP knuckles along with Super 300's and both underdrive and overdrive gears. It turned almost like it had dig!

Crap, I was hoping not to replace the knuckles because I have Axials BTA setup on it. I guess i'll start with the overdrive. What about clocking the Chubs back? I don't think my c hubs have the option but I could drill them.

For the best results do both gear sets. It will climb like it has dig as well.

Crap now you have me wanting to put my sportsman back together!

I got my sportsman almost together but the skid that comes with it sucks and I can't get my tranny mounted.

I have a question that im hoping you guys can answer...

My driveshafts arrived today so i finally had a chance to hit the rocks. When driving in places that required alot of torque the body would rise and lay over to one side (torque roll) How can i keep it from doing that?

Thanks... Im also thinking about putting internal springs underneath the shock piston to help keep it low and keep the droop type setup

Not a good idea. Just put a spacer inside the shocks until you have about 30 degrees of articulation. Then tune from there with spring rates."thumbsup"
