Is the residue left over from stickers?? I have used goo-gone, or anything with a citrus based ingredient. Takes that stuff off easy.

There is some parking on both sides. Seems like enough. The walk isn't that bad. Its closer thanthe walk to blue springs spill way and there is no incline.
