I think it's an original Bruiser... not sure how to tell for sure??...

I do know it has been repainted recently... plus I have a bunch of parts like bumpers and interior that I need to install still.

Nice rig.
If you have 3 rubber oil plugs on the tranny then it's an original.
Very nice get and looks to be in great condition too. There are fewer and fewer of them in good condition with most of the parts.
Very nice collection as well including those on the shelves and on the bench.

The struggles of AM crystals! hahaha my how the times have changed. Inevitably my friends and I would always be on the same freq causing carnage lol

NICE SCORE!

NICE SCORE!

I say that everytime I see a big meet going on. Axialfest would never work if we were still worried about radio crystals.

Nice score on the Bruiser, looks really clean too!

Thanks guys!"thumbsup" it does have the rubber plugs in the transmission... I had an old Clod Buster like 15 or more years ago and it had the crystals... never drove it around any other rcs but I can imagine the headaches that could cause. Here are a few more pics... Thanks again for the info and kind comments. I certainly have an addiction to scalers.... I think I'm right around 50 of them now... trying to relive my childhood dreams I guess... lol

It needs more work than the bruiser but I think it's pretty darn cool...
