Rock Crawler
I have been driving this comp rig for quite a few months now but I have just not taken the time to do a build thread. At Crawlapalooza I had some folks asking me about the rig so I figure I would post up. I did take lots of pics along the way tho

- Here I got the chassis, axles with the CKRC tubes and the electronics all in. I’m still running Fantom motors from my old truck here.

Rick at Sniperfab did some Bridgeport magic to the berg cases, link mounts and gears
Milled the motor mounting service
Case rounded
Front bolt taken off
Case cut in between the bearings
Gears drilled
Upper link mount fluted
Case was sandblasted

I picked up some J-Fab hexes for the front. (CKRC on left and J-fab on right)

I tucked the antenna inside the case

I had to do some grinding on the knuckle weights to work with the RCbro big bearing knuckles
The left one is stock and the one on the right has been ground

CJJeepman hooked me up with some sweet inside skins.

This rig has worked well for me and is only limited by my poor driving decisions. (Right Louis?)
My One good finish
