I saw this thing and I had to have it. I am a sucker for the caged buggies, lol. I've already made a couple changes, stickers all removed and wheels and tires added. Working on painting some detailed parts to make it pop a little better. On to the pics.

Looks damn good with the all black panels paired with the wheel and tire combo!

Yes I know this isn't a fire extinguisher. The power tank comes in red as well and I wanted some pop.

They are SSD Boxer 1.9's in silver. I'm a sucker for machined finish wheels. I'm pretty sure they are based on 1:1 KMC Mesa bead locks.

I swapped out the Vanquish shocks for some SSD RC Pro Scale 90 mm shocks and filled them with some 10 weight. Here is the slow-mo drop test from a realistic height. I want it to move in a realistic fashion. Also installed some incision metal driveshafts for more scale look and some weight down low. Click on the pic to watch the video.

So, I got some Al panels for the roof and the sides as you can probably see in the drop video. I really wanted a kick ass metal hood but haven't been able to find one until now. This is ridiculous...

These panels are all CNC machined, not sheet metal. The quality is top notch. Everything fit perfect. I'm not sure what to do with them though. They are soooo nice.

They are made by H tech the same guys that make the functional bump stops. Hold on to your wallet when you look at them though…

The H-Tech wheels that I like are $612 ( for 4). Some really cool stuff from them but too rich for my blood.
