Intrested in water proofing my scx10

About to pick up my first rc, the scx10 honcho! Im interested in waterproofing it because I would like to take it though some mud and water every now and then. I have seen videos on youtube of dipping it in liquid electrical tape and was wondering if anyone has tried that or has any other suggestions. Also looking to waterproof my axles as well

I found a "How to" guide on the Axial site for waterproofing an SCX10 Honcho today. That's the guide I will be following when mine arrives this week.
