IFS front diff clicking

Well that's good to know, especially with the truck sounding normal. Thank you so much everyone, you guys really helped me out.

I’ve been a long time Associated fan boy (30+ years) and I can tell you all of their kits are quality. Element being an Associated product included. I was happily not surprised at how smoothly my Gatekeeper kit went together and I experienced the same issue you did. The suggestion given also fixed my clicking problem. As to grease, I use a variety of products but I have settled on two. Lucas Oil Red and Tacky and Lucas Oil blue marine. The latter is what I used on the Gatekeeper axles and so far they have been buttery smooth. I recently installed the IFS kit in my RTR Enduro using the blue marine grease and it too is smooth. Not being a fan of RTRs, I had broken down my Enduro and rebuilt it having found a few mistakes they made at the factory. It’s typical of all RTRs really and I am a bit mental when it comes to wanting things perfect. Let not your heart be troubled, Element (and Associated) made a high quality rig in the Enduro series. Don’t listen to those haters out there. "thumbsup"

It's actually kinda funny. I didn't notice before but my transmission wasn't sitting level and it was causing am issue with the pinion and gear mesh. Truck is quiet and as smooth as a babies bottom especially with getting rid of the RTR Tx/Rx after it started randomly switching servo directions and wouldn't engage throttle all the time. After adding 1.9s with some body trimming I pretty happy with what I bought and cannot disagree with how good the platform is.
