How do I post pics?

Is my pic too big? Don't see a way to shrink my pics using the tapatalk app. I loaded it from my gallery on my phone...

Well, technically the rules say 800x600 but since there's a ton of lazies on here now not doing anything about resizing, you might as well be one also. In the last year, half the pictures would be deleted because of that. I may not have a life but I got better things to do than delete pictures every day.

I'm wondering the same thing, although my photobucket links are still working for some reason. I just put up and hosted pictures tonight.

where can i pay to get my star back i had?! so i can post pics. i want to share my build with everyone but am not going through the trouble of using 3rd party hosting for pics.... ive messaged a mod with no response.

Is that for Windows or Mac? If it's Android or iPhone then Tapatalk has built-in image hosting that couldn't be easier to use; just have to click on the + sign in the bottom left and choose your pic(s).

Let me list my steps here for using Google Photos to post images to this forum.

Pros:
- Free of charge
- Pretty much everybody has Google account(s) right?

Cons:
- Maybe you don't want to use Google (understandable)

Steps:

1. Upload your image to Google + photos
2. If it's your first upload there, Google + will ask if you want a "high resolution" image, where it will degrade your image slightly, or keep it at "full" resolution (very high file size if you used your smartphone). Your full-resolution images are limited to a certain number of GB total, but high-resolution ones are unlimited.
3. Edit photo as desired.
4. View the finished photo, then RIGHT CLICK the photo and copy the image address. This is your photo URL. Note, if you instead click "share" and "get link" it gives you a link to this photo's *album* in Google +, which you don't want here.
5. Use the image address between

Just went through this and in order for the pic to work. Make sure the url has .jpg at the end.. if no then add it.
