Mine is showing an expected delivery date of May 29th, ordered it on the 19th, 10 days to process and ship it to me, oh well.

used mine again today. about 6 hours of straight soldering catching up on some work and favors for friends. worked great the whole time. iron works great even with the small tip and the control box never even got warm set at 750*. this really is a great product for the price. would recommend it to anyone who wants a good solder station that's on a budget.

Got it in today! Everything looks great, and works the way it should. The tip is very small, has anybody verified if a Hakko tip will work?

In my opinion these can't be any worse than a Hakko. My $75 Hakko unit has failed on me twice in the last year and it's only about a year old.

i think it does that to everyone. it said this is a one time offer, yet did it to me about 20 times. for the price it is a great product so far. mine has 10-12 hours on it already and ive barely had it a week.

So does anyone know of another place to purchase this unit? Hobbyking is out of stock and a -14 back order.. I've seen the same one on eBay for $40+. There's got to be another retailer around that offers this deal..

I'm wondering the same thing. It would be nice to be able to have a couple different tip choices for this. I haven't had any luck finding any and I have been looking for a few weeks now. Hopefully something pops up soon.
