I came up with a lightweight crossmember for the rear of the H10 Optic that replaces the radiator. I've always thought the radiator VP uses is way too heavy, its a solid chunk of plastic.

The stock radiator is 35g and my crossmember is 3g, shedding 32 grams.

Reuse the stock screws to mount it.

I used Matter hackers build silver PETG which matches the gray cage pretty well.
Printed with increased perimeters so its solid, infill not recommended (threads strip much easier). Print horizontally for the best strength.

My radiator screws have already stripped on one side, the aftermarket JC Auto Design rear fenders use the same screws, and all it took was me removing them once or twice (I was test-fitting and then removed and painted them) and then trying to reinstall the radiator in there one last time. Pissed me off, because now the fender is loose on that side! The screws Vanquish used on this vehicle are my only complaint.

I don't have a 3d printer, so I guess I'll try to find a slightly longer screw to see if it will thread in there and hold it tight...

do you know what the length of the cross member is off hand?
91.75mm based on the stl the op shared.

For round crossmembers I usually make them from some 6x2.5mm aluminum tube i bought for links a while back. Cut to length and thread to m3.

I found 92mm red aluminum posts at Redcat's clearance site at 4 for $11.

They are internally threaded and I'm planning on swapping one in for my radiator.

Part number 59036, Chassis braces - only $4.77 plus shipping.
