[Harvo]

Crawling the Creekbottom

Date: April 9 (Saturday)
Time: 8:00AM course building (Comp starts at 9:00AM)
Location: Dayton Pocket Wilderness

This location is weather sensitive. If it has been wet or raining we will change to a different location.

Classes:
2.2 Modified (formerly pro) 4 courses
2.2 Shaft Driven 3 courses
Class 2 Scale Crazyboutcrawling is heading these up


Directions: From Hwy 27 headed south...
Turn right at redlight #8 in Dayton. Turn left if you are going North on Hwy 27.
At the fork in the road, keep left.
1.4 miles from the redlight, the entrance to Laurel Snow Natural Area is on the right..
Take the dirt road to the end and park.
Walk the wide, flat, groomed trail by the river.
Pass a small wooden bridge and cross a long wooden bridge.
We will be just past the bridge in the creekbed.

Bring everything you need as the trip back to the cars takes a minute.

I will not be able to do this one as this is the start of my Daughter's spring break...
i hate to miss this one because it is one of my favorites to crawl, not to get to, but to crawl.

Yeah buddro, you know if it was not for spending some time with my family I would have been at the comp, Dayton is one of my favorite spots for many reasons. I will be ready for the next one! "thumbsup" "thumbsup"

That was the plan. I really think the scale guys would LOVE that place.

I love it for all of it but we need to get the rocks down in the riverbed like we have in the past for comp and give the other rocks that we used in the past for super and 1.9 to scale so they can have some room to make some longer courses, do you agree?
