ESC MMP Help needed

I have a Mamba Max Pro, HH Revolver S 1800Kv with timing, HH Brushless Severo, and AX-3 Radio and receiver. I just completed rebuilding a custom crawler with mostly Wraith components and custom chassis.

Everything worked about a year ago when tore it down and started rebuilding it. I picked it backup about a few weeks ago, finished the build, bought a new battery and put all the electronics in it. When I turned the ESC on the lights all blinked and it just beeped a lot. I reset my MMP with Caslte link and downloaded the lasted firmware and checked my settings. I also rebound the receiver and that appeared to work based on the receiver light going from blinking to solid, However I still get a steady beeping and no throttle nor steer response.

One other piece of info. While putting the Outrunner motor in the car it the can, pulled out about a 1/4 inch. I pushed it back in place but I am not sure if this could have damaged it.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks for the information. I have read through the guide and seems straight forward and consistent with how I have things setup. I've not had any issues in the past with the same electronics except that I have a HH Brushless Servo with the positive and Negative leads going to the battery and the control leads to the receiver.

I just double checked my wiring on the receiver. I have them in the right bays, with Brown leads to the outside, yellow to the inside. With the receiver on or off the beeps and lights are the same. I hear the typical MMP chime, then 3 quick beeps for my 3c lipo, then all three lights beep at about a 1 second interval, no other pattern, just a continuous beep with all 3 lights blinking.

Just to add a bit more. I have gone through the steps in the manual with holding the throttle down while powering up the ESC, then full reverse...., this does not affect the behavior.
Thanks

check the throttle position, perhaps its a safety because the throttle trim is up too high.
To quickly check this you can gradually move the throttle some times around 10% (this could be any number your trim is off by) the beeping stops and you get control of the throttle again. When you let off the throttle your car would creep, adjust trim accordingly.

I think Voodoobrew is onto something there, the beeping you here is the pattern you hear before the TX has connected. If your throttle trim is really high or low the ESC wont connect.

Thanks for the suggestions thus far.
I have checked all my trim levels, moving them to does not affect things.
Removing the servo lead from the receiver does not affect it either.
Disconnecting the motor leads from the ESC stops the beeping, but all the lights blink the same.

When you got it to bind did it work then (throttle and steering)?

Maybe try binding again and check

No, It appeared to bind, but no throttle or servo response. I'm thinking I have a bad receiver at this point. I will get another receiver and go from there.
Thanks for all the suggestions and assistance. I will followup once I have a new receiver.
