dry rot

which 303 product? I use their products, never had any rubber product

The Predator Krawlers I have are about 4 years old I think. They're kind of brown but no dry cracks. Even if I wash them with warm water and Simple Green, they do not get sticky anymore.

I’ve got a set of Predator Krawlers that are starting to show signs of rot, my fault mainly having run them in the wet and left them with the foams in for way too long (in the south of the UK btw)

I’ve got some Rubber Renue & Gummiflege sitting around that may keep the tyres in better condition. Anyone tried either products on rc tires? Gummiflege works on 1:1 car door seals, especially on convertibles, but crawler rubber is a different beast.

i thought about tire sauce to but thought it might be to much for some of the softer thinner tires

same with wd40 over time it might eat them

also thought about wax based tire shine but that would make them slick for a while and just sits on top and dosent soak in
that might work on a shelf queen or a drift car though
WD-40 over time will eat them.

You guys can laugh all you want. BurtsBee's lip balm, or a leather dressing (that doesn't have petroleum products or neet's foot oil). Anything that will soak into the pores and prevent gases attacking them (ozone, etc), and store them out of sunlight.

Yo, I have some og rc4wd tires that have never seen the light of day and are completely dry rotten. Same with imex! Old tires, old rubber compounds
