So my wife was at the local grocery store yesterday getting some stuff. she had already noticed a shady fella walking around so she was on alert. while bending down to grab a large can of beans, this fella tried a quick snatch-n-grab with her purse that was around her arm. well instinct kicked in and as he flung her around so did her fist full of canned beans right upside the perps head! down he went like a sack of potatoes bleeding all over the place! he tried getting up and my wife stood over him with the can and said "Don't even try to get up F@%&er, or i'll hit you again!"

It turns out she wasn't the only victim. others had already reported there wallets missing and the police got there within minutes. as he was being arrested and bleeding all over the cop car, they pulled 7 wallets from his coat along with several small baggies of "stuff". then when they ran his name found 3 warrants for his arrest!

We think he was tagging her for one last grab before the getaway but unfortunately he picked the wrong person. now there is one less looser on the streets. "thumbsup"

She has been that way her whole life. one of the reasons that attracted me to her so long ago, and today as well!

Actually the cop said to her "you know you are supposed to just give up the purse right?" she said "i wasn't thinking about that. I felt something pull hard on my arm and went right into defense mode"

Me too Steve. Gettysburg Giants is where it happened. Not in the city like most would think which makes it even more unnerving.

It would be neat to see but i don't think the store has surveillance on every isle.

Thanks for keeping light on the situation but unfortunately the incident has bothered her a lot more then we thought. it really caught both of us off guard as she has had many incidents similar to this over the years with her work in retail and never thought a thing about it, but today she started having anxiety attacks to the point where she had to go to our doctors.

I'm not going to go into details but apparently she has not been dealing properly with stress and past issues and it has built up to a point where this weekend just put her over the top.

With that i may be on here even less as i help her address her problem.
