Not known to those of us on the east coast. Looks to be a chain of convenience stores. What are they known for that's out of the ordinary?

I'm guessing. Looks like an EV charging station. Don't know that we have anything like that here in the Great White North yet but I'm sure its coming.

It's a truck stop. There's like maybe 10 ev charging stations here in Oroville CA.

It might be, but I think it awesome that the first Mavericks truck stop built in California is here in my home town. If it needs to be removed I will understand.
