Well i waterproofed the electronics and went to play in the mud, hope you enjoy.

I hope you liked the pictures, i wish the cliff climber didn't have open ended axles that let mud in and small motors that get bogged down in mud, but i guess i will just have to live with them. :roll:

Nuke these are awesome.....crawlin thru the mud/water always been sumthin i wanted to do, just never got the waterproofin down + always seemed a little PITA in between runs, but still...yeah looks damn fun =)

Thanks, yeah crawling through mud is very fun, the clean up isn't as fun though but i just spray everything off with a hose then i put it in clean water above the axles and drive it around until mud stops coming out.
The waterproofing is actually fairly easy just don't rush it, here are a few youtube video's on how to waterproof.(All from Squirrelod)

Nuke! YES! those vids were awesome! im totally going to do this for my nightcrawler as i happen to have one! will def pick up some plastic dip and liquid tape and follow them exactly....squirrel is a badass....all his vids are great, thanks for the links!
 
Sweet little Cliffy you got there. Seems right at home track width and wheelbase with that HPI D90. Great idea on the chassis btw Erector set...who woulda thought! How's it holding up?
